DSM Resins Summary Netherlands headquartered DSM Resins undertook a culture change programme called VITA. With the goal of revitalizing the organization following the early 1990s recession, four key behaviours are used to guide the initiative. The results are being used as a mechanism to drive bottom-up continuous improvement.
