Strategic HR Survey Results The Survey Sample Sector The survey is based on replies from 200 HR directors and senior managers from a wide range of sectors and companies, including many household names.
The remainder, representing less than six per cent in each case, come from sectors ranging from aerospace and manufacturing to retail and transport. Job Title About 90 per cent of respondents have the title HR director, VP human resources or head of HR or personnel. Most of the remainder are HR managers.
