Terms and conditions of use
Welcome to HR Intelligence, a service provided by Business Intelligence. Please note our terms and conditions for use of this online service which apply whenever and however you access HR Intelligence.
Use of any section of the service, including the free and subscription sections, implies acceptance of these conditions.
If you have registered with the service and subsequently change your details, you should immediately notify us of any changes by emailing the user support team at subscribe@hri.com.
Subsequent changes to the terms and conditions will be notified in this section.
In these terms and conditions, the “service” refers to all or any part of HR Intelligence. “Section” refers to any complete briefing, case study, interview or other whole, individually titled item of content listed on the HR Intelligence website.
1. Subscription
When you subscribe, you subscribe as a personal user of HR Intelligence and access subscription-only sections through your username and password.
Your username and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access the subscription sections of HR Intelligence.
You undertake not to do anything to assist anyone who is not a subscriber to gain access to subscription-only sections of HR Intelligence.
If we believe that you have not complied with any of the terms and conditions above, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to subscription sections of HR Intelligence immediately and without giving you any advance notice.

Termination of access
If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the subscription agreement has terminated. Your user name and password will become invalid for HR Intelligence immediately.
3. Use of content appearing on HR Intelligence
For the purposes of this agreement, "content" means content including, without limitation, text, graphics and sound content, published on HR Intelligence, whether copyright of HR Intelligence or a third party.
You may download and print extracts but not complete sections from the content and make copies of these for your own personal, internal corporate and non-commercial use only. Permitted uses include training, education, conference, workshop and seminar presentations. Any use of extracts for internal corporate use must carry full attribution to HR Intelligence, including the url: http://www.business-intelligence.co.uk/hri/
You may not reproduce complete sections of HR Intelligence or store it in any other website or disseminate without Business Intelligence’s express permission in advance.
4. Disclaimer of liability
To the extent permitted at law, we do not accept any responsibility for any claim or statement in the content. You must not rely on any statement in HR Intelligence without first taking specialist advice.
We will not be liable for any loss caused as a result of your doing, or not doing, anything as a result of the content or any part of it.
We give no warranties of any kind concerning HR Intelligence or the material including that all content is virus free.
5. Variations in the terms and conditions
As these terms and conditions may be varied from time to time, please review them regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the site after it has been posted. Any details of variations will be notified at the end of the terms and conditions below.
6. Force majeure
Although Business Intelligence will do its best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to HR Intelligence, we do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
