Conditons of Purchase

3. The ipod will only be delivered to a valid UK address. Should you be ordering from outside of the UK you have the option of choosing a complimentary report (worth GBP £845.00) as an alterbnaitvive offer
4. This offer is valid until December 31st 2008
5. Report and free ipod will not be dispatched prior to receipt of payment
6. We are unable to provide refunds on any electronic products including PDFs or CD-ROMS
7. Warranty of the i-pod nano lies with the manufacturer. In the event of there being a fault with the i-Pod nano, Business Intelligence accepts no responsibility and advises that the manufacturer be contacted directly.
8. Every effort will me made to deliver by 23rd December any orders placed and paid for before 16th December.
