About the Authors

Dr. Chris Sauer
Chris Sauer has 25-years' experience in the IT industry as a computing professional, consultant and academic. He recently joined the Oxford Institute of Information Management at Templeton College as Fellow in Information Management. Prior to this, he was deputy director of the Fujitsu Centre for Managing Information Technology in Organisations at the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney.

Dr. Leslie P. Willcocks
Leslie Willcocks has an international reputation for his work on Information Management, IT evaluation and Information Systems Outsourcing. He has been, since April 2001, Arthur Andersen Professor of E-Business and Information Management at Warwick Business School, UK. He is also Associate Fellow at Templeton College, Oxford, Visiting Professor In Information Systems at Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Professorial Associate at the University of Melbourne, and Distinguished Visitor at the Australian Graduate School of Management. He holds a doctorate in information systems from the University of Cambridge, and has been for the last 12 years Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Information Technology.
