About the Strategic HR
Forum
The Strategic HR Forum offers a new approach
to supporting HR directors in adding value to the business. We carry
out research into issues that are specified by members and then
feedback the findings on best practice and latest thinking through
facilitated workshops to help members apply the learning to their
own organisations.
The six-phase accelerated learning process
Based on many years experience of researching and applying
findings in a highly practical way, the core team behind the Strategic
HR Forum have developed an accelerated learning process. Designed
to combine the rigour of independent research with pragmatic solutions
to solve organisational problems, the process involves SHRF members
in six steps:
Interactive research scope specification
Action research among both members and other organisations
Findings feedback to members
Adaption of solutions by member organisations
Report back and refinement of solutions by members
Facilitated discussion and identification of the new research
agenda.
