James Creelman,

James Creelman is a business author, consultant and educator specialising in enterprise performance management and functional best practice. He is the Global Best Practices Leader for the Indonesia- headquartered management consultancy Organisasi Transformasi International and provides advisory and consulting services to several global consultancies.
His published reports and books include -Reinventing Planning and Budgeting for the Adaptive Enterprise (2006), Creating a World-Class Finance Function: Five Core Capabilities That Generate Added Business Value (2005); Financial Shared Services: Delivering Exceptional Customer Service and Business Benefits (2005) and Building a Strategic Balanced Scorecard (2003), all for Business Intelligence. He also co-authored Mastering Business in Asia: Succeeding with the Balanced Scorecard (John Wiley, Asia, 2005).
For the benchmarking specialist The Hackett Group he has also authored major reports on business reporting and analysis; forecasting; world-class enterprise performance management; and world-class finance.
James regularly presents at conferences, workshops and seminars throughout the world. James also serves as a Fellow of the Advanced Performance Institute.
